Job Description
Summary: Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for agents to join our team, you might be our next professional Real Estate Agent! Responsibilities:
- Generate new clients, ability to generate own leads through own strong network base.
- Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow up to convert into closer.
- Maintain regular contact with Developer, landlords, investors, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
- Manage all leads in lead follow ups, update lead follow up templet regularly, and track all client communications updates.
- Arrange viewings with clients/landlords for the related properties.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between landlord and clients.
- Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective clients.
- Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market.
- Advertise available properties using personal creativity ways
- Achieving Sales Targets
- Build strong relationship with developers and landlords around Dubai.
- Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate them self in regularly manner.
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Honest, Ethical and Compliant
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
- Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
- Self-motivated, great team player and goal oriented.
- Work Experience in Sales/ Customer Service/ Real Estate.
- Can communicate in English.
- Commission based salary with a structure of 50/50 split.
- Company VISA, Medical Insurance, Admin support, and Marketing support.

- Are you located in UAE?

- UAE License? (Preferred)
