Job Description
We are looking to expand our team and in search for excellent Real Estate Agent. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, conducting property viewings, and closing sales deals. Requirements:
- Experience in real estate sales in Dubai.
- English - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Determine the client\'s wants and financial capacity, then offer solutions that satisfy those needs.
- Stay current with market trends and changes to better serve clients and enhance their experience.
- Build a network of potential clients through prospecting, cold-calling, and marketing efforts.
- Provide ongoing communication and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
- RERA certification is a plus.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
