Aston Pearl Real Estate Broker is a comprehensive real estate services provider in UAE since 2007. We offer a diverse range of real estate services to suit the needs of both individual and high net worth investors. Our team of over 40 brokers covers key residential and commercial areas in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Aston Pearl provides fully comprehensive solutions in the Real Estate sector, aided by our recent relocation to a new state-of-the-art office complex. This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with clients, listing properties, researching market trends, showing properties, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, and rental process. The Real Estate Agent must have a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market in UAE. Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate practices in UAE
- Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong Sales skills and ability to identify and cater to the needs of clients
- Knowledge of Real Property and ability to research market trends and identify investment opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Fluency in multiple languages is a advantage
- UAE Driving License is a MUST!
