Job Summary: Looking for a Real Estate Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Network to find potential clients and present properties to them
Assist in marketing the available property
Identify and reach out to new prospects
Bring new business, settle tenant issue and handle contract negotiation
Source quotations from contractors for conducting maintenance as well as repair works
Understand clients\' requirements and find spaces that fit their interests
Handle cheque as well as payment collection, monitor bounce Cheque and documents verifying of new tenants
Handle Move in as well as Move out processes
Contract for maintenance services and oversee repairs
Implement occupancy policies and procedures
Prepare and present reports to the manager
Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant should hold a relevant Bachelors Degree
At least 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry
Must be familiar with contract renewal, new contract procedure as well as leasing procedure
Must be familiar with the Rera policies as well as procedures
Strong marketing skills required
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license
Should be able to report immediately
