Job Summary: Looking for a Real Estate Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Generate leads to buy, sell, and rent a property
• Create and maintain a strong network of clients, including buyers, sellers as well as investors
• Carry out thorough market research and analysis to determine property values, market trends, and investment opportunities
• List and market properties for sale through various channels, including online listings, social media as well as traditional marketing methods
• Guide clients on market conditions, prices as well as mortgages
• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters
• Present purchase offers to sellers
• Offer expert guidance to clients regarding property pricing, home staging, and improvements to maximize value
• Respond promptly to client inquiries
• Maintain your real estate license and knowledge
• Support negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
• Assist in preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds as well as other documents for each real estate transaction
• Conduct any related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience working as a real estate agent or in a similar position and should be a licensed real estate agent
• Should be in good standing with the local realtor board, or an inactive agent who can immediately move his/her license
• Strong sales skills required
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including current pricing trends, neighborhoods as well as community amenities
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Proficient in using real estate databases, CRM software as well as other relevant technology tools
• High level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
