Your responsibilities include:

  • Prospect new business through various communication channels
  • Qualify new leads
  • Property valuations
  • Conducting viewings
  • Negotiate and finalizing deals
\xe2\x80\xa2Network to become an area specialist but no restrictions to in any Channel. (Rentals, Sales Commercial, off plan etc. ) Additional Skillset: \xe2\x80\xa2A good command of English and at least 1 other language \xe2\x80\xa2Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and persuade others. \xe2\x80\xa2Highly motivated, continuously learn and develop new skill and knowledge. \xe2\x80\xa2A passion for people and sales with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. \xe2\x80\xa2A can do attitude. \xe2\x80\xa21 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in any segment of the real estate market. (plus) but not mandatory. \xe2\x80\xa2Valid Driving License (is a plus) but not mandatory. \xe2\x80\xa2Own Car (is a plus) but not mandatory. Rai Properties is based in Business Bay / Downtown. Close to Metro Station Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
