Job Description

As a Commission-based Real Estate Agent in Dubai, your primary responsibility will be to assist Russian-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Dubai real estate market. You will work independently or with a real estate agency, earning a commission based on successful transactions. Your role involves building relationships, facilitating transactions, and providing excellent customer service to clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Management:Understand the real estate needs of Russian-speaking clients and provide suitable property recommendations.
Schedule property viewings, accompany clients to site visits, and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized assistance. Property Marketing and Promotion:Collaborate with real estate agencies, developers, and property owners to obtain comprehensive property listings for Russian-speaking clients.
Create compelling property descriptions, marketing materials, and online listings in Russian to attract potential buyers or renters.
Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, online platforms, and personal networks, to promote properties to the Russian-speaking community. Transaction Management:Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties\' interests are represented and agreements are reached.
Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation in compliance with local regulations and procedures.
Coordinate with lawyers, banks, and other professionals involved in the transaction process to ensure a smooth and timely closing. Customer Service and Relationship Building:Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
Offer post-sales support, including assistance with property management, property maintenance, or relocation services, as required.
Maintain regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships and generate referral business. Commission Structure: The commission structure for this role is set at 60-40%, where you will receive 60% of the commission earned from successful transactions, and the remaining 40% will go to the real estate agency or brokerage with which you are affiliated. Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluency in Russian and English is essential, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or property management is highly desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including regulations, property types, and popular residential areas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using technology and real estate databases to research properties and manage client information.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
