- Matching customer?s preferences to budget requirements in a suitable property.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Assisting clients with buying and selling properties.
- Ability to contact leads and setting up meeting with clients.
- Motivated and self-driven.
- Answering and responding to client inquiries.
- Analyzing market trends.
- Ability to build referrals and lead generation networks.
- 1 to 2 Years Real Estate Experience in Dubai.
- Valid UAE Driving license
- Languages - English compulsory, written and spoken
- Arabic / Russian / French / (Persian/Farsi) / (Mandarin/Chinese)
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulation related to Real Estate
- You can focus on closing your deals as we will provide you company car, telephone costs, visa, insurance, and licensing costs.
