A real estate agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing, and financing properties. The job requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, an ability to connect with clients and skillful handling of negotiations. Responsibilities:

• Manage the company\'s real estate portfolio, ensuring all properties operate at maximum efficiency.
• Determine the sales & rental negotiate agreements.
• Acquisition of properties for sale and rent.
• Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process.
• Prepare necessary documentation to complete transactions.
• Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community.
• Keep up to date with market trends and best practices.
• Be updated on all topmost developer projects.
• Conduct research and analysis of the property market.
• Identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin.
• Scout and identify investors with property consultancy needs.
• Schedule property viewing with the potential clients.
• Prepare a daily action plan and set a regular target.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market, laws, and policies.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• sales experience dealing with high-net-worth clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful team.

• Strong network with established players in the industry.
• Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales techniques in a sales role preferably within the UAE
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently with great dedication.
• Verbal and written fluency in English is a must and Arabic is a plus.
• Good presentation skills.
• Must be presentable, have a professional attitude, and like to work as part of a large team.

Qualifications: Essential: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree attested from both countries. Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as a Real Estate Agent Requirements: Own his/her car with a Driving license. Benefits:
