Responsibilities will include soliciting clients for renting, buying, and selling homes and properties, as well as negotiating and arranging real estate transactions. To be successful as a Property Consultant you must be energetic and have the ability to keep up with a demanding property market and working environment. Responsibilities: Maintaining relationships with clients and potential clients: Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients. Negotiating and closing deals: Candidates should have experience negotiating deals and closing sales and be able to effectively communicate the value of the agency\'s properties and services to clients. Providing regular reports on sales activities and progress: Candidates should have strong attention to detail and be able to accurately and consistently track and report on sales activities and progress. Attend to inquiries and provide information on properties for sale or rent: Candidates should be knowledgeable about the properties that the agency has available and be able to provide detailed and accurate information to clients.
