As a real estate agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the home buying and selling process, providing exceptional customer service, and negotiating contracts. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients and properties, and will be a key player in helping individuals and families find their dream home. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Assist clients in the home buying and selling process
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
- Stay up-to-date on the local real estate market
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients and colleagues
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and listings
- At least 2 years of experience as a real estate agent
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
