Property Consultant Are you ready to be part of a driven, ambitious and forward thinking team?. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales person who will be responsible for sales and leasing of residential properties in prime locations in Dubai. Liberta Realty is a
European international real estate firm that specializes in residential sales, short and long-term leasing, and property management. The scope of the job is to primarily manage a portfolio of clients, as well as overseas investors. The candidate will be involved in all aspects related to sales conversion and relationship building. She/he will work not only with clients but with referrals and other agents to build a strong contacts network and so ensure high volume of sales transactions and repeat business.The candidate will promote listings and investment opportunities to local and overseas, existing and potential clients, as well as execute demand generation campaigns. The selected employee, will also support project launches as well as roadshows and participation in exhibitions. Liberta has designed one of the most effective lead generation and follow up systems in the industry counting with advance technology and data to ensure our agents receive high volume of quality leads. Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property
  • Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties
  • Showing properties and conduct presentations to potential buyers and renters
  • Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
  • Market properties to possible buyers
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties, verify them
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Build relationship with main developers, referral agents as well as other brokers
  • Assume role of tracking the leads through a database, as well as monitor and track conversion rates
  • Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals
  • Promote properties through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc
Requirements The candidate is expected to have the following competencies:
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Presentable and smart
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • MS Office familiarity
  • Real estate agent\xe2\x80\x99s or broker\xe2\x80\x99s licence
  • Experience of using CRM systems like Salesforce.com
  • Knowledgeable of all real estate related forms (Forms A, B and I, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and self management skills
  • Minimum 2-year experience in Real Estate is a must
  • Self driven and ambitious attitude
  • Driving license
