We are looking to hire Self Motivated, Highly Ambitious, and Result Oriented Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants (Multi language speaker) to be joining our team in Dubai. Commission Based Only Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with expert advice and guidance on buying, selling, and renting real estate.
- Negotiate contracts, write offers, and manage transactions from start to finish.
- Attend networking events and other real estate industry events to continue to build relationships and expand your network.
- Build a network of potential clients through prospecting, cold-calling, and marketing efforts.
- Attending developer launches or other industry related events.
- Ensure good professional relationships with owners, developers, and clients.
- Active follow-up with developers and secure new listings for the firm.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Strong sales and negotiation communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Multi language is an advantage).
- Can start working on commission basis.
- DL is an advantage.
- Upto 65% of commission
- Providing a high number of leads
