We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our Team. A highly motivated individual who is self-disciplined and has a passion for Real Estate. Responsibilities
- Prepare a daily action plan and set regular targets.
- Generate new property listings via networking, site visits, and regular meetings and cold calls.
- Schedule property viewings with potential clients and take notes on client requirements and follow up.
- Follow proper documentation on all transactions and ensure full compliance with Laws and Regulations and Company Policies.
- Understand client requirements and present several options to buyers/tenants for their property search to shortlist properties and finalize the deal.
- Provide honest feedback to clients and promote ethics and integrity on all transactions
- Knowledge of sales techniques with at least one year in a sales role preferably within the UAE
- Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service
- Ability to work independently with great dedication
- Strong communication skills
- English is a must, Arabic, Russian, Chinese is a plus
- Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a big team
- Must have a valid UAE driver\'s license
