Job Description
We are looking for passionate Property Advisor specialized in Secondary Sales with minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai Real estate.
- Determine clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
- Assess & Evaluate the clients requirement & financial capabilities to offer properties which are in the budget.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Matching clients to specific properties that suit their needs and acting as an investment adviser.
- Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
- prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, and intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Must have secondary sales and leasing experience.
- Target Oriented.
- Great Communication and relationship-building skills.
- Well-presented and a good work ethics.
- Residence visa as per labour law
