Job Summary Prefered female! We are looking for established real estate agents who currently work in sales or leasing in Dubai real estate and are looking for a new challenge. If you do not have a real estate background candidates with strong sales skills are welcome to apply. You will be self-motivated, passionate about your work and have a proven track record in real estate or sales. You will have high standards, be hard working and thrive on a new challenge. You will understand that commission-only brokers earn the most in the industry in Dubai and want to work with or without a salary.
- Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent.
- Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.
- Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
- Conducting viewings and follow up.
- Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.
- Maintain regular contact with all clients.
- Training and real estate license provided by employer.
- Visa
- Incentives for top performers including holidays, designer watches and suits.
- Skills - Ability to sell and negotiate.
- Experience - At least 1 year\'s Dubai real estate experience.
- Other - UAE car license essential
- Available in Dubai and good knowledge of the city
- A fix salary or attractive commission based depending on your performance.
