RiseUp Real Estate is currently looking for Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. Someone who has a proven track record in sales , Insurance , banking would be advantageous, however, a candidate who can demonstrate a determination to succeed is more important to us than experience in real estate and must have a strong passion to work for the Real Estate Industry, with a good understanding of the Dubai\'s Real Estate Market. Duties and Responsibility
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers. Finding, scouting and identifying investors with property consultancy needs.
- Keeping in touch with clients via calls, WhatsApp and emails.
- Attending launching ceremonies organized by developers, taking briefing and training from property portal professionals, participating in training sessions organized by our company.
- Coordinate with the Admin all the listings on portals.
- Listing and marketing properties for sale on various portals Carrying out thorough research and analysis of the real estate and/or property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability.
- Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented. RERA Certification is an advantage.
- Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation. Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
- Setting appointments and attending viewings and following up on leads Negotiating offers and contract negotiation Maintain regular contact with all clients List and sell residential and commercial properties.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Go on buyers\' appointments
- Go on Listing appointments
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures Must be open for Growth Expertise and proven sales/leasing record UAE
- English speaking skills, and any other language is a plus
- Punctuality and Discipline
- Own Marketing team to generate fresh leads
- Basic Salary plus Commission
- Min Experience : 01 - 03 years in Real Estate , Sales , Insurance.

- Access to lead generation system and exposure on all property portals Employment visa, Medical Insurance as per UAE law
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Real Estate: 2 years (Preferred)
- Sales / Insurance /Banking: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
