The ideal candidate for this position will be a driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial individual with at least 2 years of real estate experience in the UAE. You will be responsible for prospecting and finding potential clients, understanding their specific criteria, and identifying living spaces that meet their needs. As a negotiator, you will work to close deals with clients and provide guidance throughout the negotiation process. It will be essential to stay up to date with current market trends and real estate best practices to offer clients the most relevant advice. Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and attend open houses with clients.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to market and advertise available living spaces.
- Generate leads and reach out to potential clients.
- Analyze client\'s requirements and match them with suitable properties.
- Negotiate rental agreements and finalize deals with clients.
- Offer guidance on how to sell or rent properties quickly and for optimal value.
- Stay current with market trends and developments.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
- Build professional networks and collaborate with developers, mortgage lenders, and banks.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of real estate practices, market standards, and all aspects of renting, buying, and selling properties.
- Promote realtor services through social media, cold calling, email outreach, and personal networking.
- Maintain and update property listings with complete documentation and marketing materials.
- Aim to obtain exclusive property listings and secure a minimum of 2 new properties each week.
- Address client inquiries regarding contracts and terms of sale or rent.
- Keep track of daily workflow and schedules using the company\'s management platform.
- Meet monthly sales targets assigned.
- Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
