Hello! We are Wincent Real estate. We sell brand new properties directly from TOP developers. We have a several marketing teams which provide Russian speaking leads to our brokers. We have a high level of speed and automation of lead processing thanks to an advanced CRM system. Currently we are looking for an Off-Plan Property consultant with real estate sales experience to join our ever-growing family. You will need to be money hungry, self-motivated, and have a proven track record in Real estate. Our goal: To be the TOP-5 agency in Dubai in the next five years. Our mission: Sell highest quality property for life and investments, in the same time increase quality of people\'s life and increase their capital. If you want to participate in birth or new Real estate star with experienced team - welcome! What we are looking for:

- Proven track record in Real Estate (required)

- Ability to sell and negotiate
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to network
- Passionate, have the art telling stories
- Good time management and organization skills
- Qualifying potential buyers
- Conducting viewings and follow-up.
- Negotiating offers and contracts
- Maintain regular updates on CRM

- 50-70% Commission - average income of our broker is AED 50k.
