Job Description
Location: Financial Centre, Dubai We are seeking a motivated and driven real estate agent to join our team in Dubai. As a commission-based agent, you will be responsible for prospecting, listing, and marketing properties, and helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties in the Dubai market. This is a commission-based role, with unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities:
- Prospect for potential clients and generate leads through networking and marketing efforts
- List properties for sale or rent and create attractive listings to showcase the property\'s best features
- Promote properties through various channels such as online listings, social media, and print media
- Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting properties, including conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and managing the transaction process
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal regulations in Dubai\'s real estate market
- Proven track record as a real estate agent in Dubai, with a strong network and client base
- Freshers with Go-getter, self-motivated & goal-oriented are welcome
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Familiarity with Dubai\'s real estate market and regulations
- UAE driver\'s license is an advantage
