Job Description
We are looking to hire Self Motivated, Highly Ambitious, and Result Oriented Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants (Multi language speaker) to be joining our team in Dubai. Commission only role. Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing/ renting property for the right price under the best terms.
- Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking and cold calling.
- Able to present, promote and market properties to possible buyers.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties\xe2\x80\x99 value.
- Showing properties to potential renters and buyers.
- Achieving monthly targets.
- Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community
- Valid UAE Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License/Own Vehicle is an advantage.
- RERA certified preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation communication skills.
