- Knowledge of sales techniques with at least one-two years in a sales role within the Secondary Sector of UAE
- Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service
- Ability to work independently with great dedication
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson (Secondary)
- Matching requirements to listing, showing properties, suggesting alterations
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent English and communication skills, additional language is a bonus
- Valid UAE Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License + Car
- Knowledge of the UAE market
- Competitive commission structure and incentives
- RERA Certification
- Complete administrative support for all your needs
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Secondary Property Selling: 1 year (Required)
- English, Russian, Farsi, French, Portuguese, Spanish, (Preferred)
- Drivers License (Preferred)
