We are an established Real Estate company with offices in Dubai and London and are looking for experienced Real Estate Agents to join our outstanding team.
Responsibilities
Initiate sales as well as marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings plus face-to-face meetings to identify and engage prospective new clients.
Generate and manage lists of available properties.
Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Provides consultation and guidance to clients to optimize their investments or options.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
Conducting viewings and follow up.
Negotiating offers and contracts.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Maintain regular contact with all clients.
Display and market property to possible buyers/investors.
Prepare the necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, etc.)
Generate quality leads from company paid property marketing portals.
Requirements
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Good English communication skill.
MS Office familiarity.
Currently living in Dubai.

Excellent communication skills presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative.
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
