Job Description

We are an established Real Estate company with offices in Dubai and London and are looking for experienced Real Estate Agents to join our outstanding team. Responsibilities

• Initiate sales as well as marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings plus face-to-face meetings to identify and engage prospective new clients.

• Generate and manage lists of available properties.

• Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

• Provides consultation and guidance to clients to optimize their investments or options.

• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.

• Conducting viewings and follow up.

• Negotiating offers and contracts.

• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.

• Maintain regular contact with all clients.

• Display and market property to possible buyers/investors.

• Prepare the necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, etc.)

• Generate quality leads from company paid property marketing portals.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent.

• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Good English communication skill.

• MS Office familiarity.

• Currently living in Dubai.
