Real Estate Agent (Basic + Commission) About the Role We are looking for exceptional people who have the knack and passion for Real Estate Sales. Job Responsibilities: Establish good working relationships with investors, sellers, landlords, tenants and represent them in real estate transactions. Keep up-to-date and relevant to real estate market trends, conditions, and values. Provides consultation and guidance to clients to optimize their investments or options. Liaise with negotiation process between the seller and buyer, landlord and tenant in fair and honest dealing. Display and promote properties to possible clients by advertisements, open houses, virtual or physical viewings, and listing services. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value. Adhere to real estate laws and has good knowledge in finance, mortgage, and related government protocols. Represents clients with all integrity and remarkable professionalism. Achieves the sales target and drives revenue growth for the company. Strictly complies with the company's dress code policy. Requirements:
