Real estate agent responsibilities include 1. marketing listings and providing guidance to buys and sellers/ owners and clients 2. Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms Determining client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. 3. Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value 4. Must have crm knowledge 5. Must have knowledge of RERA rules and regulations 6. Must know paper work 7. Driving license preferable Our requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/lease in Dubai real estate field.
