Who are Proactive. Responsibilities for Sales Agent:

• Establish relationships with new customers, and maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and respond to client needs, and strive to improve customer satisfaction.
• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing market conditions, locations, and projects.
• Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
• Meet with clients to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
• Connect with clients in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow-up to convert them into appointments.
• Set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications.
• Effectively negotiate offers and oversee the entire process to close.
• As a Real Estate agent you will be allowed to focus on Primary as well as Secondary sales (leasing as well).

Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Real Estate/ Sales: 1 year (Required)
