Ambitious and focused brokers who can specialize in specific areas across Dubai such as water-front properties or top villa projects. . Who can build and nurture relationships with aims of generating sales and rentals. . Able to acquire new properties for sales or rentals. . Excellent networkers. About the role and responsibilities: . Consult with clients to understand their property requirements and budget . Acquire a suitable property, present to client and successfully close sales and rental deals. . Manage and follow-up with opportunities and update Operations Manager on status. . Regularly research of the market to be up-to-date on property market and prices. . Receive sale related documents, prepare, and ensure their completeness. We Offer: . Top commission structures. . Qualifications Required: . Ideally sales experience in UAE Real Estate market. . Excellent presentation and communication skills. . Tech-savvy with contagious confidence & social media drive. . A natural advocate of wealth management, luxury lifestyle and entrepreneurial success. . Commendable business ethics founded in honesty, integrity, loyalty, and customer satisfaction. .
