- Good knowledge of buying, selling and leasing/selling property in Dubai.
- Innovative marketing skills and multitasking.
- Assist potential and existing tenants with viewing of properties.
- Ensure enquiries are handled well and arrange site visits for potential tenants on time.
- Prompt information on lease terms and negotiate prices.
- Maintain a good relationship with current and potential tenants.
- Must be proactive, task oriented and having good computer skills.
- Should have skills in handling and recording leads for future reference and reporting.
- Presentable and well-mannered.
- Can start immediately.
- Can work in a competitive environment.
- Good time management skills.
- UAE Driving License
- Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
