Sky Land Realty is looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our team! Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms;

• Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them;

• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters

• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value;

• Display and market real property to possible buyers;

• Overseeing and handling negotiations with real estate agents and/or realtors on behalf of clients

• Maintain and update listings of available properties;

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson;

• Proven track of successful sales record;

• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills;

• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills;

• Pleasant and trustworthy;

• MS Office familiarity /CRM and other property portals;

• Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market and RERA rules and regulations.

• Committed, dedicated and self-motivated professionals.

• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

• At least 1 Year of Real Estate experience in Dubai.

• UAE driving license and has own car

• Any Nationality within UAE

• Available to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
