We are a group company of ARTIANA - UAE's first home-grown auction house for art and luxury collectibles based in Dubai International Financial Centre, our real estate department provides the same level of bespoke service and expert advice to our clients, for their property acquisitions in Dubai, and for the dynamic management of their property portfolios. The primary objective of ARTIANA PROPERTIES is to focus on luxury residential and property investment opportunities, whilst providing our discerning international clientele a long-term trusted partner to help manage their local property portfolios. The position is commissions based: Up to 60% - 70% Commissions & No Basic Salary Responsibilities - Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property through telemarketing. - Informing clients on current market conditions, prices, and mortgages. - Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties. - Preparing the required listing forms for prospective buyers & landlords. - Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc. Listing off-plan and ready to occupy properties on various portals and our website. - Preparing sale/purchase and tenancy contracts. - Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses. - Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction. - Onboarding & training new team members. - Managing a team of off plan sales agents by providing them leads, setting their targets and assisting them to conclude the transactions as and when required. - Motivating your team by conducting regular team meetings and reviewing the progress of your team members. - Following up on pocuring and updating all required permits from RERA including but limited to the advertising permits. - Viewings of properties to potential buyers and renters. To succeed in this role , you need: - Proven professional experience as a Real Estate Agent. - Excellent Interpersonal skill. - Ability to work independently. - Strong Sales, negotiations, and excellent English communication skills - UAE driver's license & Own Car Job Type: Full-time Experience:
