Job Description
We are looking to hire experienced Real Estate Agents for Dubai market. They will be dealing with the purchase, sale and lease of residential properties. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing to offer stage.
- Lead generation on a daily basis.
- Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be created.
- Constant coordination with the photographer & Marketing Department.
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Expert with up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
- Attending property valuations & property viewings.
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Monitoring sales and leasing as they proceed.
- Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing.
- Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.
- Minimum 3 years Real Estate UAE experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong networking.
- Fluency in a second language is an advantage.
- High Commission Scheme up to 70%.
