Job Designation: Real Estate Agent Industry: Commercial and Residential Real Estate Job Brief Shuraa is looking for a dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, counselling clients on market conditions, and closing deals successfully. The candidate must entail a database of potential clientele from the UAE market. Job Responsibilities

• Source new clients and growing the client base by generating leads through own network base
• Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Develop networks and cooperate with Developers, Landlords, Investors, and Owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones.
• Manage all leads in lead follow-ups, update lead follow-up templates regularly, and track all client communications updates and to keep prospects database up to date.
• Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective clients.
• Generate lists of properties that are compatible with the requirement of the client, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)

• Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience as Real Estate Agent in UAE
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
• Must have own car and a valid UAE driver's license
• RERA Certification/RERA License is a mandate
