About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Real Estate Agent
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and off-plan properties, building client relationships, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and follow up with potential buyers and investors.
Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients.
Manage listings on online platforms and update property databases.
Negotiate and close sales deals with professionalism.
Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain a strong market network.
Stay updated with current market trends, prices, and new project launches.
Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal marketing teams.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of Qatar's property market is an advantage.
Valid Qatar driving license and own car preferred.
Fluency in English or Arabic; other languages are a plus.
Motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
