is looking for Real Estate Agent to join our team as an

Independent Contractor

. This is a purely commission-based role offering the flexibility and unlimited earning potential that comes with being your own boss. We provide the brand, the tools, and the supportive environment; you provide the hustle, the expertise, and the client service.

Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the real estate transaction process for your clients, including:

Client Acquisition:

Proactively generate and follow up on leads through networking, cold calling, and other marketing strategies to build a robust client pipeline (buyers, sellers, and renters).

Client Consultation:

Meet with prospective clients to determine their needs, financial capabilities, and preferred property specifications.

Market Analysis:

Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) to accurately price properties for sellers or advise buyers on competitive offers.

Property Showings:

Arrange and lead property showings

Transaction Management:

Guide clients through the entire closing process, coordinating with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and attorneys.

Compliance:

Prepare, review, and manage all necessary legal documents and contracts, ensuring all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate laws.

Continuing Education:

Stay informed on market trends, property values, and industry changes.
Compensation: Commission Only

This is a 100% commission-based Independent Contractor position.

Your income is entirely performance-based, offering you unlimited potential earnings tied directly to your sales results.

Earning Potential:

High-performing agents have the opportunity for significant income growth. Your commission is a percentage of the final sale price of each transaction you successfully close.

Commission Split:
