Job Description
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Provide expert guidance on the local real estate market and ensure clients understand every step of the process.
Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing properties to prospective buyers.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate interest in property listings.
Negotiate offers and draft sales agreements, contracts, and closing documents.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service and frequent communication.
Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and local developments to provide accurate, timely advice.
Manage property listings on real estate platforms and ensure accurate, attractive representation of each property.
Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Build and maintain a robust client network through prospecting, referrals, and follow-ups.
Having experience as Real Estate Agent in Doha, Qatar
With valid QID
With Driving License
Salary on Commission Basis (70%)
