This is a temporary, full-time position. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES: With pleasant & charming personality Any nationality can apply, Male and Female 3- 5 years of experience in luxury real estate. Ability to work under pressure with excellent presentation, and strong negotiation skills. Fast learner and passion for sales Flexible and good team player Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Having immense knowledge of Qatar Real Estate Market With excellent communication skills both English & Arabic written and oral. Locally available in Qatar Having Qatar driving license Can join immediately Responsibilities Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms Determine clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties\xe2\x80\x99 value Display and market real property to possible buyers Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc) Manage property auctions or exchanges Maintain and update listings of available properties Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses and participation in multiple listings.
