Role Overview

We are seeking motivated, client-oriented real estate agents to join Blissful Homes. The

ideal candidate will have at least one year of industry experience, a record of completed

deals, and a desire for continuous learning and growth. You will represent the company in

interactions with clients, manage property listings, drive negotiations, close deals, and

contribute to building the firm's reputation and success.

This role offers mentorship, structure, and support -- perfect for agents looking to elevate

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage a portfolio of property listings (residential / commercial) in coordination with the Blissful Homes team. Generate and follow up on leads, including buyer/seller prospects -- via networking, referrals, outreach, and marketing channels. Conduct property viewings with clients, present properties professionally, and highlight unique selling points tailored to the client's needs. Manage client relationships from first contact to closing -- including negotiations, paperwork, coordination with legal/finance/agency processes, and after-sales follow up. Collaborate with internal teams -- marketing, operations, management -- to ensure smooth transactions, property documentation, and client satisfaction. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and continuous mentorship to sharpen industry knowledge, sales skills, and professionalism. Develop personal branding and professional conduct while representing Blissful Homes externally. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, regulations, and best practices in Dubai real estate.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of experience

working in a real estate company. Proven track record of at least

a couple of completed deals

(sales or rentals) -- demonstrating ability to close transactions. Must hold a valid

Rivera license

(or relevant approved brokerage license). Valid

UAE driving licence

-- required to travel for showings and meet clients across various locations. Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English (additional languages a plus). Professional attitude; client-focused, reliable, well-presented, with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn -- open to mentorship and guidance from senior leadership. Willingness to commit full-time to Blissful Homes, with flexibility to accommodate client schedules and property viewings.
