Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Engagement

: Work with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide them with property options that meet their requirements.

Property Knowledge

: Gain expertise in the real estate market, including property listings, pricing, and trends to effectively advise clients.

Customer Relationship Management

: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and advice throughout the buying process.

Sales Presentations

: Present and demonstrate properties to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

Negotiation

: Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Market Research

: Stay updated with the latest property trends, local market conditions, and competitive offerings.

Who We Are Looking For:

If you're a Freshers, you are welcome. No prior experience in real estate is required; we offer training and support to help you succeed. A genuine passion or interest in real estate and a desire to build a career in this exciting field. Sales Experience: If you have previous experience in sales (from any industry), that's a plus! Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients. Self-Motivation: Target-driven, self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
