Experienced Real Estate Agent in Dubai. COMMISSION-BASED POSITION.

We are looking for outstanding professionals to grow with us.

Responsibilities:



Consulate clients on

mortgage options, property taxes, and investment returns

. Assist foreign investors with

legal and financial procedures;

Achieving or exceeding sales KPI targets;

Draft and review

purchase agreements, lease contracts, and closing documents;

Conduct

comparative market analysis (CMA)

to determine property value; Build relationships with

other agents, brokers, and real estate developers;

Create and manage

property listings

on websites and social media; Develop and execute

daily cold-calling

strategies to reach potential clients. Use

scripts and objection-handling techniques

to engage leads effectively; Provide excellent

post-sale support

to enhance client satisfaction; Keep track of

deadlines for contracts, inspections, and loan approvals;

Build and maintain a

client database

with buyer, seller, and investor details; Stay updated on the

latest property launches, price trends, and investment hotspots;

Monitor

government policies, visa regulations, tax benefits, and mortgage rules

affecting real estate; Follow major real estate

news sources, Dubai Land Department (DLD) updates, and market reports;

Organize and promote

VIP property tours, private viewings, and launch events

Must Have Skills:



Market Research & Analysis, DXB Interact, Sales Communication, CRM, Cold Calls, Off Plan, Client Relations, Stress Maintenance, Result Driven Mindset, Strong Sales, Conflict Resolution, Dubai Real Estate Market Expertise, Client Psychology, Tax Laws, Bank Mortgage, Loan Consultancy, ROI Calculation, SEO for Real Estate, Content Creation, Property Listings, Paperwork, Real Estate Laws, Purchase Agreements, Escrow and Closing Processes.

Ideal Candidate Will:



Have a proven track record of

3+ years in real estate sales, cold calling, and lead generation

. Have

valid driving license

Have

experience using CRM software

to manage leads and follow-ups. Have a

deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market, property trends, and investment hotspots

. Have a

results-driven mindset

with a track record of

achieving or exceeding sales KPI targets

. Be

familiar with SEO, targeted ads, and lead generation campaigns

. Be able to

explain complex real estate concepts in a clear and persuasive manner

. Have

fluency in English or Hindi, or Arabic

(Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, and additional languages are a plus).
