What We\'re Looking For:
  • Proficiency in Russian and English (additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, and German would be a plus).
  • Minimum 1 year UAE real estate experience.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and client satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license + RERA card (preferably).
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 35 properties, with 10 actively advertised.
  • Upload not less then 10 A2A into CRM weekly
  • Conduct 10 property viewings per week.
  • Send report to Seller every 2 weeks.
  • Achieve a monthly a net commission sales target of 60,000 AED.
  • Utilize the AMO CRM system in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Handling incoming client inquiries regarding the purchase, sale, or rental of real estate properties.
  • Searching for and processing information about real estate properties.
  • Conducting real estate market analysis, assessing the balance between demand and supply levels.
  • Regularly entering into exclusive contracts for the sale of real estate properties.
  • Establishing business contacts with potential clients and partners.
  • Demonstrating properties for sale or rent to buyers via Zoom and video content by showcasing properties on the company\'s platform.
  • Negotiating contractual terms and further processing real estate transactions.
  • Providing consultations to clients on collecting necessary documents and completing sales transactions.
  • Notifying clients of relevant information regarding suitable offers, promotions, and sales launches. If necessary, performing auxiliary functions in document processing and ensuring document security. Representing the client\'s interests during transaction negotiations.
  • Compiling reports on work completed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. In addition to the listed basic responsibilities, actions necessary for selling a property may include filming properties using video formats and subsequently posting them on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Creating and updating a database of real estate properties with photos and their full descriptions on the company\'s platform, websites, and social media.
  • Conducting advertising campaigns using media resources such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Exercising full control over each client and coordinating interactions between the client and the developer until the completion of the entire sales transaction cycle.
