Job Details Position: REAL ESTATE AGENT / BROKER (COMMISSION BASIS ONLY) Location: Dubai We are looking for Real Estate Agents /Property consultants Willing to work on a commission basis ,No salary commission up to 60%. Applicants must have the following:

• Driving license and own transport
• 1-2 years of Real Estate agent experience is a MUST

• Excellent timekeeping and attention to detail an existing client base of previous rental and sales deals
• Ability to compare properties to determine a competitive market price.
• Confidence to take prospective buyers or renters to see properties
• Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
• Create lists for real estate sale properties.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
• Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction. Interpersonal Skills Required: Proactive

• Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling and leasing property in Dubai.
• RERA Certification is an advantage.
