Commission-Based ( 3.5% commission for Company leads and 0.5% for indirect deal )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling out exclusive projects with high commission for direct and indirect deals .

Representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in property transactions, providing expert advice on market conditions, and helping clients make informed decisions in a competitive real estate landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively call and close the Company generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns,. Activating other brokerage companies as a channel partners- briefing them and closing deal for their clients Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties in compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations. Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales or rental agreements on behalf of clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends in Dubai. Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and leases. Provide accurate and honest market evaluations and price negotiations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Maintain listings on CRM systems and online portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.). Collaborate with developers and agencies to access new inventory and project launches.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent in Dubai.. Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in English Or Arabic; additional languages (French , Russian, Chinese, etc.) are a plus. Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented. UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
