to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing property sales across Dubai's off-plan and secondary markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell properties through marketing channels, client meetings, and property viewings.
Generate fresh leads through calls, networking, and referrals.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, projects, and developers.
Coordinate with developers and internal marketing teams to support sales activities.
Negotiate prices and payment terms to close successful deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales (Dubai market preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
Good understanding of CRM systems and online property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).
