Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and motivated

Real Estate Agents

to join our sales team for the

Apex Skyline Project

. This is a

commission-based position (70/30 split)

, ideal for professionals with strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in the competitive real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the

Apex Skyline project

to prospective clients. Develop and maintain relationships with buyers and investors. Conduct property presentations and virtual/physical client meetings. Handle client inquiries professionally and provide accurate project details. Negotiate deals and guide clients through the sales process. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the project's growth. Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years of

sales or real estate experience

. Strong

English communication skills

(verbal & written). Proven track record in

real estate sales / high-value sales

is a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Compensation

This is a

commission-based role

with an attractive

70/30 split

(70% to agent / 30% to company). Unlimited earning potential depending on performance.
