We are seeking dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agents to join us in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, providing guidance to clients, and promoting our real estate services in the Dubai market.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.

Provide expert advice on market trends and property values.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Negotiate and close real estate transactions effectively.

Conducting market research to determine property values and competitive prices.

Developing marketing strategies to promote properties and generate leads.

Maintaining accurate records of all property transactions and client interactions.

Staying up-to-date with changes in the real estate market and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Experience: 2 years as a real estate agent.

Language: English fluency is a must. Chinese, Russian, and Arabic are preferred.

Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related field.

Active real estate agent license.

Strong understanding of local real estate market and industry trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Positive and professional attitude.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
