We're Hiring: Real Estate Agent (1-2 Years Sales Experience)
We're seeking ambitious, energetic agents with
1-2 years of experience in sales
(real estate or related fields). Whether you're newly licensed or transitioning from another industry, if you're hungry to learn and earn--we want to hear from you!What You'll Do
Work with buyers, sellers, and investors to navigate real estate transactions Generate and nurture leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing Conduct open houses, showings, and market analysis Guide clients through every step of the buying or selling process Collaborate with a supportive team and stay up to date with local market trends
What You Bring
1-2 years of proven experience in sales (real estate a plus) Active real estate license (or in process of obtaining) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a desire to grow Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms is a bonus
