Job Description
We are seeking motivated, professional, and driven Real Estate Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, goal-oriented, and excited to build long-term relationships while closing deals.
Responsibilities
Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing presentations Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and negotiation strategies Manage transactions from contract to closing Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients consistently
Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Prior real estate or sales experience is a plus, but not required
