Real Estate Agent (Multilingual Required)
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. If you have a strong background in real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and an understanding of market trends, this is your chance to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities-
Build and maintain relationships with landlords
Negotiate and draft agreements while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
Conduct market and catchment area analysis and merchandising strategy
Source proposals, shortlist options, and negotiate favorable deals
Work closely with marketing and property management teams to promote available units
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market insights
Requirements-
Proven experience in real estate or sales (preferred)
Multilingual proficiency (spoken and written) - mandatory
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
