Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations.
Arrange property viewings and accompany clients during site visits.
Negotiate offers and close property transactions in line with company policies.
Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, agreements, and forms.
Work closely with developers, landlords, and mortgage consultants to support clients.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate agent in Dubai
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, communities, and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
